Need to return or exchange your order? No problem! All you need is your order number and the email address associated with the order to get started. 

To start a return, you can contact us at care@caffaroshoes.com with your order number referenced. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Caffaro is and always will be a company that prioritizes design and quality over everything else. To us, using the highest quality, longest-lasting materials is one of the most important aspects of designing our products. Caffaro stands behind and warrants our products against defects in material, manufacturing, or workmanship. If you are not totally satisfied with your order and the item is in unused condition with original product packaging still intact, then the item can be returned for free if you are located in the U.S. or exchanged within fifteen (15) days of the item's ship date.

Refunds will take 7-10 business days once shoes are received.

Once order has been processed you will receive an email with tracking information and estimated delivery.

Our ready ship collection items ship via UPS and will deliver within two days of ship date. Custom creations ship via DHL to our warehouse, then shipped through UPS. Delivery can be expected within four weeks.

You do not need to to create an account but it is recommended!

Once an account is created we will have all sizing information and billing information. Account holders will be the first to have access to our newest designer lines & limited edition collections.

Your order ships free within the US! Out of country shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Creation & delivery of your custom shoes takes up to 4 weeks.

Our shoes come with perfectly designed shoe covers to keep them protected and out of harms way. We recommend continued use of these shoe covers when traveling or when the shoes will be stored for 15+ days.
