Caffaro is and always will be a company that prioritizes design and quality over everything else. Using the highest quality, longest-lasting materials is one of the most critical aspects of designing our products. Caffaro stands behind and warrants our products against material, manufacturing, or workmanship defects under regular use.

Please be sure to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so we can evaluate the issue and provide you with the best customer service possible.

Return & Exchange

Need to return or exchange your order? No problem! All you need is your order number and email address to get started. 

If you are not satisfied with your order and the item is in unused condition with original product packaging intact. The article can be returned for free if located in the U.S. or exchanged within fifteen (15) days of the original ship date.

To start a return, contact care@caffaroshoes.com with your order number referenced. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a shipping label and shipping instructions. Items sent back without following the required process will not be accepted.

Refunds

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund/store credit/exchange to be issued once an item is received.

Any customized items, such as “Made-to-Order” are not valid for return or exchange. We are committed to the best customer experience, and our customers will always be our priority. We will always be willing to understand your issue and do our best to resolve it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
